When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the conversation topic you select, and your message. When you interact with the cookie banner, we store your consent choice in your browser’s local storage under a key prefixed with our brand name. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request and to keep a record of correspondence related to communication-planning services. Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we rely on your consent when you submit the form and on legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. Consent preferences are stored locally to honour your choice about non-essential storage.

Retention
